Picture stories are the simplest form of the essay, but already pass through typical essay errors. They are not a popular topic at all, neither boys nor girls. Collective groaning is often the first reaction when a picture story is pending as classwork or as a homework assignment. The students face the task of an abundance of requirements, which occurs to them like an insurmountable working mountain. And many students fail at the task. Without motivation it is not possible that I experience this again and again in my learning practice – and demotivate mistakes if they are not recognized and discussed.

These are 6 typical essay errors

1st typical essay error: history not understood and told wrong

The excitement of a class work can lead to some students not being able to concentrate. As a result, they do not look at the pictures of a story so accurately or read the task exactly. This leads to typical essay errors that can be easily avoided. Some students start writing right away, even though they have not understood the punchline yet. Others misinterpret the pictures.

My tip: Think about how you would pass the story on to your best friend so that he laughs or becomes thoughtful.

2nd typical essay error: Forgot the title of the picture story or select the wrong title

For most picture stories the headline is missing and the students have to find a suitable title for themselves. Some students do not take this seriously and tend to ignore a headline, even when reading or reading aloud. You must first learn slowly that a headline is an important part of a text. It should make curious and lead to the topic.

My tip: You should already formulate a preliminary heading after the first image has been viewed. This should be adjusted after writing. If you forget that, however, at least the provisional title is still above his text.

3rd typical essay error: No change in the sentence beginners

It is not easy to pay attention to the writing style in addition to the correct writing, inventing the story and time pressure. Different sentence beginnings belong to a good essay style, which must slowly learn students.

My tip: In the practice phase, assign a finger to each finger of a hand that can start a sentence. Exercise this regularly until you automatically choose different sentence beginnings. Example: Thumb: First | Forefinger: Subsequently | Middle finger: And then | Ring finger: afterwards | little finger: At the end of the day

4th typical essay error: Temporal form not met

A picture story, an essay or a report must be written in certain tenses. The retelling is in the present, the picture history may be chosen freely from the time to be written. However, the respective time must be consistently adhered to. Since this point is important in all types of essays, you should practice this well.

My tip: Before giving the picture story, you should take a closer look at the text, i.e. all verbs, to see if they are in the same time.

5th typical essay error: feelings are not described, details are missing

A story lives on the feelings of the main characters. These can be recognized by the faces or the attitude of the drawn or described people. Whether someone is happy or sad, sees you on the face. But details are important and should be described.

My tip: practice with you the exact description of pictures or photos. Do not let up too fast, but try to get at least three statements for each picture. Where is the person? How does the person feel? What is she thinking about?

6th typical essay error: No verbal speech incorporated

An essay becomes alive and interesting only when the persons are brought to life. This works best with individual contributions, the expression of feelings or exclamations. The use of verbal speech (and the difference to indirect speech) is not easy and is still very difficult for elementary school students. You can hardly distinguish between direct and indirect speech.

My tip: When reading aloud texts or stories, always point out the verbal speech. Just read the punctuation, the colon and the quotes, in a loud voice. Or say: “Now comes a verbal speech.” So you gradually understand better what it means.

Summer is the perfect time for fitness and outdoor sports. No matter how modern and cool the gym would be, it does not go in any comparison with workouts in the park or on the bank of the river. Another issue is that summer heat can be bad, the time for training should be carefully selected, it is also important not to get damaged.

Supporters go to attention

It is important to exercise caution to avoid injury. If you decide to start running, then you should not immediately try to run a marathon. Start with fast walking – this is also a physical load that will help a person without sports training to throw off extra pounds and be tightened. Think of time and place where you are going to run or walk. Since at air temperature more than 25 ° C and humidity above 50%, the pulse will increase by 10% more than when running in the cool season. Therefore, if you do not have experience in running at least 3-4 months, then you need to start carefully and gradually. And a reliable friend to you will be pulse oximeter – a device for monitoring the pulse and oxygen saturation of blood.

Lovers of power loads in the summer go to the regime of strength endurance. Turntables and bars in the open air will be found in every city and even in the countryside: the same school sports ground. If there is an open-air gym in your town or village, do not try to make maximum exercises with a lot of weight and minimum reps in the heat, as you used to do in the gym with air-conditioning. It is better to choose simulators with a lighter weight, but to make more repetitions.

What do wrong exercises lead to?

There are a number of physical exercises that can be traumatic both for women and for men. These are loads of heavy loads, improperly performed exercises, long intensive jogging. If the aerobic load (mainly performed for weight loss) to perform, regardless of the state of health, pulse rate, then you can cause problems in the work of the heart and blood vessels. Therefore, any physical activity should be adequate, and the training program should be properly prepared.

Incorrectly performed exercises lead to injuries and can cause pain in different parts of the body. And this is not the crease of the muscles, which arises from beginners or when performing completely new exercises. If you do not do anything, the muscle fever usually holds for about 3 days.

How to distinguish muscle fever from injury

“Muscle fever ” occurs after heavy physical exercises or people with poor physical training who have recently been engaged in sports. Also, muscle pain may occur after a few hours or even a day after the workout: this pain is called late muscle pain (ZMB). Such pain is caused by microtraumas – breakdowns of muscle fibers. The benefit of such microtraumas is to activate the secretion of hormones, by which healing is stimulated and the inflammatory process in the muscles is suppressed. As a result, we have an increase in muscle mass.

If such microtraumas in the muscles are not healed, then the next intense physical activity can be harmful. And with an excessive amount of workouts, physical exhaustion may occur. If the muscles hurt very strongly and for a long time, or if you have general swelling in your arms or legs, you should worry and urgently ask the traumatologist: they may have been damaged, and they need to be restored using medical procedures and remedies.

To stay healthy in the modern world, you need to adhere to the following fairly simple, but very important rules:

Healthy food. Nutritional habits have a huge impact on human health. Food should be balanced, saturate the body with proteins, fats, carbohydrates, be moderately caloric. It is better to cook food for a couple, in the oven, boil, stew, but acute, sour, fried foods should be avoided.

Do sport. This is not about professional sports, but about moderate, but regular physical activity, which is absolutely necessary for the normal functioning of the body. Do not overexert during training, but to give a moderate load to the muscles is simply necessary. Therefore, it is recommended to do daily exercises, exercise on cardiovascular equipment, visit the pool, and run.

Avoid stress and overstrain, both physical and moral. You need to spend more time in your personal life, try not to exhaust yourself at work. It is important to walk in the open air, make regular breaks in work, fully rest. Then the immunity will naturally be strengthened, and the diseases will recede.

To refuse from bad habits. Smoking, alcohol abuse and, especially, drugs, has a very negative impact on the state of human health. Smoking is one of the main factors in the development of lung cancer, alcohol and drugs have a very bad effect on the condition and work of the internal organs, on the functioning of the nervous system, and gradually destroy the personality.

Controlled and reasonable use of medicines. Too great enthusiasm for medicines is one of the main problems of modern mankind. This is especially true for antibiotics, which leads to the development of resistance (resistance) to bacteria, which can lead to ineffective treatment when this is actually needed. That is why it is so important not to engage in self-medication and not abuse drugs without special need.

Do all the necessary vaccinations. Vaccination is the best method of preventing many very dangerous diseases that are difficult to treat and often lead to the patient’s death. Therefore, you need to remember about timely vaccination and revaccination for yourself and your child.

World Health Day is held once a year, but it is always necessary to remember the importance of a healthy lifestyle. After all, adjusting your habits is not so difficult, you just need to realize how much benefit it will bring. And let the health services be available to everyone!

The majority of insured persons have supplementary insurance with their health insurance. This can pay off especially in the field of alternative and complementary medicine. Why exactly did you learn in this article.

Health care is very important in Switzerland. More than 80 percent of insured persons supplement compulsory health insurance benefits with private supplements. Have you also taken out supplementary insurance or are you thinking about it? Often, extended insurance coverage provides useful cost savings. In this way, you may be able to bill for a large part of the expenses for medical services such as alternative or complementary medical treatment or psychotherapy through the supplementary insurance. Find out more about what supplementary insurance means and what it can do for you.

Basic and supplementary insurance: what is the difference?

If you are insured by law, you can count on a solid health care in case of illness. If you also wish for more performance for your health, you can take out additional insurance. This is tailored to the individual needs of the individual: It depends on how old and active you are, whether you only want to insure yourself or your entire family and much more. You usually pay an additional amount for the supplementary insurance, which is usually much lower than the basic insurance and select exactly the services you need. This makes supplementary insurance for many so attractive.

Example calculation 1:

In the case of outpatient treatment with, for example, osteopathy, kinesiology, naturopathy, homeopathy and other alternative or complementary medical methods, the health insurance company will reimburse you with 80% of the costs for remedies and therapeutic methods. In most cases, the medical necessity must be identified.

Example calculation 2:

With inpatient treatment, you can even get back 100% of the costs up to 5000 francs per calendar year for remedies and alternative and complementary medicine therapy.

Which additional benefits will ultimately be reimbursed in which amount will always depend on the respective health insurance company where you have completed your policy. In order to find an additional insurance that suits your wishes from the variety of offers, an individual health insurance comparison is recommended.

In addition to the outpatient supplementary insurance, additional hospital insurance can be taken out. With additional hospital insurance, you can protect yourself against the additional costs of inpatient treatment. This may be important, for example, because certain hospitals are specialized and you need to drive to another canton for certain medical procedures. The cost of a faraway hospital is usually not covered by the basic insurance, only the supplementary hospital insurance.

Attention: Application for additional insurance can be rejected by the health insurance

While the basic insurance is compulsory for all residents in Switzerland and the statutory health insurance company is also obliged to accept you as a member, the supplementary insurance can be completed on a voluntary basis by the citizen. The same applies the other way around: If you want to take out additional insurance, it is possible that your health insurance company rejects the application because it is not obliged to accept it. For example, if you are in poor health and pose a risk to the health insurance company, you may not be able to benefit from the additional costs of supplementary insurance if you apply too late.

Terminate contractually: Additional insurance is not equivalent to the basic insurance

Furthermore, it should be noted that an additional insurance behaves like an independent insurance. This becomes clear at the latest when it comes to its termination. While the deadline for your basic insurance is prescribed by law, termination of the supplementary insurance is governed by the signed insurance conditions. Most supplementary insurance usually has a minimum term. Most contracts have a three-month notice period at the end of the year. Therefore, the termination should be received by September at the latest. The basic and supplementary insurance does not have to be taken out by the same health insurance. If necessary, however, costs can be saved if you opt for a “combination package” with the same health insurance company.

Tip: You would like to change your supplementary insurance? Do not cancel your supplementary insurance until the new health insurance company has confirmed your admission without reservation. In addition, always answer the questions in the insurance application truthfully. Because the health insurance companies have the right to make subsequent reservations, if it turns out that someone has filled in the insurance application false or incomplete information.

Positive self-esteem is an important and protective pillar of mental well-being. Although we can not always influence our happiness, we manage to better manage crisis situations with a healthy self-esteem and to develop ourselves more easily in quieter times. Learn about your self-esteem and learn valuable tips that inhibit self-esteem and how to consolidate this important anchor within you.

What does self-esteem mean and how is it shaped?

People value themselves by evaluating their personality and abilities. This self-esteem is very complex: it is closely related to the trust that a person has in him, how well he can accept himself and how conscious he is of himself.

Common to the aspects of self-esteem, self-confidence, self-acceptance and self-confidence are that they are strongly influenced by their own self-confidence. And how confident a person becomes depends in particular on two early childhood experiences. First, the self-efficacy experienced, and second, the appreciation given to the child. A child who is noticed and taken seriously learns that it has effects. It is sure of itself. If it is treated appreciatively and lovingly, it can satisfy its need for social recognition and love.

Anyone who has been esteemed as a child and who has been able to gain self-confidence, as a grown-up person, has a good chance of remaining able to act even in times of crisis, rather than being impotent about problems. However, it is normal for self-esteem to fluctuate. Even those who are normally self-confident, must learn to deal with the fact that the self-esteem in emotional times of crisis or physical exhaustion is usually lower and more unstable than in powerful and happy phases.

Our self-esteem affects the core of our personality and thus radiates into our thoughts about ourselves and our behavior. It is worthwhile to recognize self-value traps and to avoid them as well as possible.

What inhibits self-esteem?

  1. When attention is focused on one’s own weaknesses, self-esteem drops very quickly. So if you emphasize your shortcomings and deficits and concentrate on what is not there or what does not work, leave the field to self-doubt and self-blame.
  2. Closely related to this is the sticking in negative beliefs such as “I can not do this”, “I’m not worth it”, “I’m not good enough” or “Do not be so selfish”. They were often internalized during childhood and consolidated over many years. Such beliefs, as whispered by an inner critic again and again, ensure that the self-confidence continues to decline.
  3. Who wants to be perfect, fails easily. The claim to be perfect or to make things perfect builds enormous pressure. Fearful of making a mistake or not getting something perfect, perfectionists often do not even try to accept challenging situations. As a result, their self-esteem is uselessly diminished.
  4. Comparisons are another self-worth trap. Surely you will always find someone who can do something very well or has something that you wish for yourself. If you see this as better and more beautiful, more valuable than your own abilities, possessions and qualities, self-depreciation is already in full swing.
  5. A multi-faceted self-estrogen inhibitor has to do with expectations of others: those who expect others to feel valuable, become dependent on external attention and confirmation. If you do not get enough of it or even receive criticism, self-esteem is like a house of cards. Taking constant care of one’s own behavior and how it is valued by other people also costs unnecessarily much energy.

How do I increase my self-esteem to a healthy level?

Basically, it is important to switch from the feelings of lack and inadequacy upon which all these barriers are based to a state of fullness. The following measures help to change perspectives and (again) raise the self-esteem to a healthy level in order not to even fall into self-worth traps:

  1. Focus on your strengths instead of stressing your weaknesses. What good can you do that can help you in the current situation or emotional state? What exactly did you do in similar moments? What helped you out of self-doubt and uncertainty?
  2. Identify your above-mentioned negative beliefs that depreciate you and make you look small. If you are aware of which often deeply anchored patterns you are blocking, then an important step has already been taken. Then you can begin to change those negative beliefs and turn them into positives. Are you really worth nothing or not enough? Check this sentence based on your everyday life. You will certainly find many things that you can do well, have done well, where: I am valuable! Transform the negative into a positive belief. Saying negative and long-lived beliefs is often a process that requires a clear decision and a lot of practice. If necessary, accompany yourself so that you can effectively get rid of inhibiting imprints.
  3. Accept yourself as you are instead of comparing yourself to others. If you notice one or the other you do not like about yourself, try changing or accepting it. When we have self-doubt, we tend to compare ourselves with people who are a little better or in a more comfortable situation. That there are innumerable others who can do less, or whose situation is more problematic than their own, is falsely fooled.
  4. Allow yourself to make mistakes. We learn from mistakes. Those who do not allow themselves to do something wrong do not do anything in the worst case and thus become incapable of action. Instead, act to the best of our knowledge and belief. If you are satisfied with the result, this boosts your self-confidence. If it later turns out that you would not make the decision in this way, you can decide anew. They collect life experience rather than persevere in the blockade.
  5. Practice in appreciation. Take a moment each day to realize what you find valuable in yourself and in your life, what you are happy about, and what you are grateful for. You will always find something that shows you the richness of your life, and you will always find it easier to understand how to make it yourself.
  6. Make yourself independent of the esteem of others and take care of yourself. This is certainly not easy, because it is a nice, confirming feeling when we are valued and loved by others. However, if you value yourself enough, you can take good care of yourself. So even in times of crisis, you are able to stabilize yourself again and again and to take responsibility for your life. If there is additional recognition from outside – all the more beautiful.

Self-esteem and self-love – a strong team

The desire to achieve a pleasant self-esteem, but should not degenerate into stress. Whoever has to be self-confident and full of self-confidence, puts himself under unnecessary pressure. Instead of developing a healthy self-esteem, you run the risk of bending in the hunt for alleged self-optimization.

How can this be avoided? With self-love. For what happens with love and comes from the heart makes joy and is easier. So practice practicing lovingly with yourself, which is probably the most beautiful form of appreciation.

While this does not protect you from the challenges of life, you can treat them more calmly and confidently. Virginia Satir (1916-1988), a systemic therapist and mother of family therapy, has put it in a nutshell: “In my practice and in my life, I find that people who experience themselves as a wholeness and have the feeling themselves are something to be worthy of being able to cope with all the challenges of life in a creative and appropriate way. ”

In this sense, be worth it!

They are the “mirror to the soul”, one of our most important sensory organs, have an effect on the metabolism and are very sensitive. Our eyes need good care and care so that they last a long time. We show you what there is to know.

None of the human sensory organs is worth more or less. However, the quotation attributed to the Roman poet Titus Maccius Plautus has a fairly high truth: “An eyewitness is worth more than ten ears.” And it’s true. We often only believe what we see. We are so fascinated by something that we can hardly “trust our eyes”. Yet many do not know how to properly handle their two windows to the world. Therefore what has been good for our eyes and what is not, we have summarized for the following article.

What the eyes can do

Many people believe that the eyes are “only” responsible for seeing. This is her most obvious main task. But they are still needed for some more important functions:

  • our mood
  • the hormone balance
  • the sleep rhythm

Light is the key component in these three points: it falls on the photoreceptors at the back of the eyeball. These can capture the blue part of it – an evolutionary phenomenon from the days when we still lived adapted to the time of day. The signal thus transmitted to the brain is directly responsible for the release of melatonin. And this hormone regulates a lot, from our sleeping rhythm, our mood to blood pressure. A major reason for the widespread winter blues is often that sufferers get too little daylight and thus have too low a level of melatonin.

What supposedly harms the eyes

  • Bad light

knows many half-truths. The most common: reading in dim light reduces eyesight. That’s wrong. For a healthy eye with full eyesight is not damaged by the deciphering of small letters in twilight, because the eye works comparatively well even in the dark. The only thing with which even healthy eyes have to struggle is the greater effort that such light conditions demand of them. They get tired faster.

  • Glasses

allegedly damage the eyesight. No, this is a fake myth, which results from the fact that many people who wear glasses for a long time after long, uncorrected visual impairment believe that everything looks “strange”. But this is only due to the lack of habituation. Before you get a pair of glasses, a very extensive, two-stage test is performed. Its only goal is to create a vision aid that fits the visual impairment. Actually, putting them on is actually all weird – but only because the eyes see the world the way it really looks. Even glasses that do not fit your eyesight can not cause lasting damage.

  • Squint

Also, contrary to many parents’ beliefs, it can not cause your eyes to stop in that position. No, not even if you get a blow to the back of your head or stumble. There is no mechanism that could prevent the eye muscles from intentionally squinting from returning to their natural starting point.

What really harms the eyes

However, besides these myths, there are things that can really be responsible for our eyesight diminishing or the eye getting damaged.

  • Rub

almost everyone does with his knuckles, perhaps because the eyes are itchy or tired. But the disadvantages weigh heavily. Because our hands are full of germs and dirt. If we rub, these pathogens reach the eyeball and can lead to inflammation. In addition, foreign bodies can damage the cornea by rubbing – and ultimately also increases the eye pressure, which in turn is bad for the internal structure.

  • Distance boredom

most people know whose tag work is limited to staring at a computer screen. And no matter how high-resolution modern monitors are, they damage our eyes. That’s because it always stays focused at the same distance for hours. The eye muscle and the lens lose their elasticity, eventually they can not adapt properly to other distances.

  • Heating air

Especially in combination with the screen work leads to dry, irritated eyes. The reason for this is that the warm air literally vaporizes the protective layer of tears. Then comes the screen staring added, we also blink less, which aggravates the problem.

  • Glare

is treacherous. This is because it is not the visible frequency spectrum of the light waves that damages the eyes, but the “invisible” portion in the ultraviolet range. For the everyday life that should mean to get a pair of sunglasses. And a model that suits you really well – otherwise you tend to leave it at home. For really “bright” areas, such as skiing, welding, etc., where the UV level is even higher, dedicated strong goggles should be worn. Because otherwise threatens a veritable “eye sunburn” in the form of UV keratitis, better known as snow blindness.

Everybody feels stress now and then or faces an unpleasant pressure situation. But sometimes an impending event or emotion overwhelms us so much that we can hardly handle it. This is exactly where sophrology starts. Awareness training helps us to strengthen our physical, mental and mental structures. So a stressful birth, the fear of surgery or the preparation for an important exam can be experienced differently.

  1. Understanding sophrology

Sophrology is offered in individual or group sessions and promotes elemental value: helping people to help themselves. The client learns step by step how he can better help himself to deal with stress situations differently. How it works? Sophrology activates the body and mind while integrating the experience. The client receives the necessary tools for this through awareness training. The perception of one’s own body schema is the key to opening the doors to consciousness. Specific breathing and relaxation techniques help to experience the body’s own structures and abilities and finally discover their personal values. At the same time, consciousness expands and the perception of one’s own reality changes.

  1. How is a sophrology session going?

While sophrology is already established in western Switzerland, many seekers of therapy in German-speaking Switzerland do not know the method. So most ask the question: how do I have to imagine a sophrology session exactly? Sophrology sees itself both as a science and as a philosophy of consciousness.

The entire training includes three cycles with twelve dynamic relaxations and the corresponding specific techniques. These techniques use breathing, body awareness, visualization, and special postures and movements. The pursuit of a balanced personality and a harmonious lifestyle is achieved through regular practice and is one of the main goals of sophrology. The person learns to deal with stress and anxiety differently, which in turn strengthens the body’s defenses – against diseases, for example.

One of the sophrological theories is based on three levels of consciousness: the waking and the sleeping levels as well as the so-called “sophroliminal” level. The latter is a state between the waking and sleeping levels, characterized by deep relaxation and increased ability to experience. The aim of the treatment is to temporarily bring about this sophrological state through intentionality, to lengthen it and to use it for a positive influence on the consciousness.

  1. Where is sophrology used?

Sophrology has neurophysiological foundations and is used successfully in anesthetics as well as in immunology, pneumology, cardiology, geriatrics, gynecology and palliative care, as well as in sports and music.

Indications for sophrology:

  • for stress management and pain reduction
  • before surgery
  • in sleep problems
  • for pregnancy support and birth preparation
  • in bipolar disorders, depression, psychosis and hallucinations (with conventional medical attendance)
  • to help with psychosomatic and chronic diseases

“An essay is the written treatment of a given topic which, depending on the type of text, has different formal and linguistic requirements for the paper writer.”

Writing an essay: telling stories or reporting facts?

Basically, you need to make a distinction in the essay, whether it wants to report on an event, a thing, a person or a process or whether it wants to tell a story. A narrative is about the lively and entertaining presentation, possibly also about creative and imaginative ideas. In a description, however, unadulterated facts and accurate information are in the foreground.

The instructions do not work if you imaginatively varies and invents things. On the other hand, the storytelling is boring and boring as it travels from one unimaginative event to the next. The differences between the two areas can be found in the following text.

5 essay writing tips

Tip 1: The headline has to lure

In any case, the title of a story should appeal to a reader’s (or teacher’s) need, first and foremost its curiosity. You should definitely choose the headline so that the reader wants to know what’s being told in the story. The art is to arouse this curiosity in a few terse words, but without betraying the content of the story. If he still manages to bring a certain originality to the headline, the task is perfectly solved.

Tip 2: The introduction introduces

Octopus Kevin Writing Essay The introduction is about bringing readers to the main part of the story. It makes sense to first introduce the main characters or to describe the place where the story takes place. So the reader can get an idea of the framework and be provided with all the basic information he needs to understand the next action.

Tip 3: The main part captivates with climax

The main part of the story takes the biggest place. Here, you should slowly prepare the climax of the narrative by describing the processes extensively and letting all persons talk about their feelings and sensations. The verbal speech is a suitable means of clarifying to the reader the thoughts and perceptions of the figures that appear. With the following questions, you can clarify if it’s all important

Tip 4: The conclusion calms down

At the end of a story nobody wants to read long explanations. Nevertheless, a narrative is somehow incomplete if it ends right after reaching its climax. Most readers want to know how the whole situation dissolves and what the main characters continue to do. This is so narrated in a few sentences, for example.

Tip 5: Different sentence beginnings

The implementation of the personnel policy, including the management of the career of medical personnel, is one of the main directions for increasing the effectiveness of the activities of health authorities and institutions.

It is known that a career can be professional (the growth of knowledge, skills: specialization, transprofessionalization – expansion of tools and areas of activity) and official or intra-organizational (linked to the trajectory of human movement in the organization: vertical – job growth, horizontal – in different divisions of the same level hierarchy, centripetal – advancement to the core of the organization, the control center, more and more deep inclusion in decision-making processes).

There are classical stages of career:

– preliminary (a person can change several types of activities, it is determined, the process of self-affirmation begins as a person, a knowledge and skills base is laid, higher education is completed);

– formation (the profession is being mastered, qualification is being formed, self-assertion is taking place and there is a need to establish independence, concerns about safety, health, family, the need for higher wages);

– promotion (growth of qualifications, promotion, less attention to meeting the need for security, efforts focused on increasing pay and health care);

– preservation (the peak of qualification, self-expression and independence, there is a need for knowledge transfer to others, creativity in work is characteristic, there are growing demands for respect, increased pay and interest in additional sources of income);

– Completion (preparation for retirement, career crisis, psychological and physiological discomfort, seeking other sources of income that would replace wages when retiring);

– pension (an opportunity for self-expression in other activities, hobbies, attention is paid to health and financial support, gladly agrees to temporary and seasonal work in its former organization).

The temporal characteristics of career stages in health care differ from classical ones, which can be used in the practice of implementing personnel policy.

About 43% of the organizers of health care believe that their careers do not interfere. At the same time, other respondents identified a number of factors that hampered progress on the career ladder (with decreasing priority):

– reluctance to use not entirely ethical methods;

– family circumstances;

– features of individual psychological qualities;

– the desire only to raise the level of their professional skills;

– lack of appropriate “links” and opportunities to improve their professional skills;

– Insufficient material support;

– poor health;

– shortcomings in primary medical education (in a university).

A list of 40 individually-psychological qualities of a doctor that interfere with a career has been identified. First of all, they include: the propensity to use substances that change the mental state (for example, alcohol, tranquilizers, stimulants); aggressiveness; insufficiently high intellect (low level of general awareness, primitive and immature judgments, small word stock, insufficient criticality and flexibility of thinking, misunderstanding of the figurative sense of proverbs, primitive judgments); antisocial orientation; uncertainty; presence of signs of mental infantilism (mental immaturity of the person, “childish” features of behavior, lack of independence, naive understanding of the romance of the medical profession, increased suggestibility); discrepancy of professional claims to personal abilities and opportunities; inattention, lack of self-criticism; negative attitude to medical activity and the requirements of “production” discipline; irritability.

Options for the managerial behavior strategy in the new position:

SUSPECT. It consists in the gradual study of the situation, problems and peculiarities of the work of the predecessor. Only after this, the beginning of active action.

CRITICAL. Based on the assessment of the whole previous one as unsatisfactory, and those around – as complacent routines, attempts to immediately bring everything back to normal.

TRADITIONAL. It presupposes actions on the beaten track by the predecessor and the use of previous methods

RATIONAL. It is based on the selection of several areas of activity in order to quickly resolve the urgent. Can bring a newcomer to success, to show his skillful leadership. In the process of its implementation, it is necessary gradually to teach subordinates to work in a new way.

It can be seen that, according to the experience of the respondents, their colleagues chose different variants of the behavior strategy in the new position. So, the main doctors (bosses) preferred the rational strategy, the traditional ones were headed by the heads of the structural divisions of medical organizations. A significantly smaller number of doctors in all positions considered chose a critical variant of the strategy.

In the study, data were obtained indicating that the characteristics of the career of medical staff in medical organizations have their own characteristics. The obtained data allow us to proceed to the analysis of the optimization of the process under consideration.

Papillomavirus infection (PVI) – is one of the most common anthroponous virus infections of the modern world. More than 50% of the sexually active population of the world during life is infected with the human papillomavirus. Over the past decade, the number of infected HPVs in the world has increased more than 10 times! The frequency of PVI in children has increased in connection with the transfer of HPV infection from parents to children, with lesions in children and adolescents associated with the same types as in adults, but due to the physiological characteristics and immaturity of the protective mechanisms, children and adolescents are more vulnerable.

Human Papillomavirus (HPV – Human Papillomavirus) is a virus from the genus of papillomaviruses, the family of papovaviruses. It is transmitted only from person to person and leads to a change in the nature of tissue growth.

There are more than 100 types of HPV. Discovered in humans. Of these, more than 40 – can cause damage to the anogenital tract (genitalia and anus) of men and women, and the appearance of genital warts. Some of them are harmless, others cause warts, some cause cancer.

Ways of transmission of the PVI

The main way of infection with anogenital warts (pointed condylomas) is the sexual way of infection (including oral-genital contacts (extremely rare) and anal sex).

Infection with newborn papillomavirus during labor is possible, which is the cause of laryngeal papillomatosis in children and anogenital warts in infants.

It is possible to infect by household means, for example, through a touch. That’s why human papilloma virus has become so widespread – about 30 percent of women are infected and have external manifestations of the virus-genital warts. The human papilloma virus can exist for some time in public places (baths, swimming pools, gyms) and penetrate the human body through abrasions and scratches on the skin. Perhaps self-infection (autoinoculation) with shaving, hair removal.

The incubation period is long: from half a month to several years. For papillomavirus infection is characterized by latent (latent) flow. A person can simultaneously become infected with several types of papillomaviruses. Under the influence of various factors, the activation of the virus, its increased reproduction, and the disease passes into the stage of clinical manifestations.

In most cases (up to 90%) within 6-12 months self-healing occurs, in other cases there is a prolonged chronic recurrent course with possible malignancy of the process (depending on the type of virus).

Papilloma can cause as one virus, and their combination. The clinical picture (i.e. the manifestation of the disease) depends on the place of origin. When there is a localization on the face, there are usually no manifestations, except for a cosmetic defect (for example, a wart on the forehead). If its location is in the urethra or respiratory system, then, respectively, and the manifestations will be in the form of difficulty urinating or disturbing breathing.

Conventionally, all known papillomaviruses can be divided into groups:

Non-oncogenic papillomaviruses (HPV 1,2,3,5).

Oncogenic papillomaviruses of low oncogenic risk (mainly HPV 6,11,42,43,44, 54, 61, 70, 72, 81).

Oncogenic papillomaviruses of average oncogenic risk (mainly HPV 26, 53, 66).

Oncogenic papillomaviruses of high oncogenic risk (HPV 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59 and 68)

Diagnosis of papillomavirus infection of female genital organs

According to the characteristic clinical picture (all kinds of warts, genital warts are revealed).

PCI typing with polymerase chain reaction (PCR).

Gynecological examination of the cervix in the mirrors.

Oncocytological examination of cervical smears (smear on AK-atypical, precancerous cells).

Colposcopy (examination of the cervix under a special “microscope”, which allows the doctor to examine the area of the vulva, the vagina and the cervix under magnification. The colposcope does not touch the patient.) Colposcopy is not performed during menstruation. 24 hours before colposcopy, the patient should not do douching, use vaginal gels, ointments or tampons, because this may affect the accuracy of the study).

Biopsy and histological examination (if necessary). The study for sexually transmitted diseases (anogenital warts in 90% of cases are associated with other urogenital infections, it is advisable to conduct studies for their presence by PCR.)

Systemic therapy of papillomavirus infection includes:

  • destruction and removal of genital warts by various methods (cryodestruction, laser therapy, electrocoagulation, surgical removal);
  • antiviral therapy;
  • correction of the immune status of the body.

Barrier contraception (condom) today remains the only readily available means of protection against human papillomavirus infection.

We recommend a minimum annual gynecological health check-up for women of the reproductive period, for the prevention, prevention, early detection and treatment of PVI:

  • visit to the gynecologist at least 2 times a year;
  • smear on oncocytology (AK), PCR examination for PVI and colposcopy at least once a year;
  • annual ultrasound examination of pelvic organs.

In our center there are all possibilities for diagnosis and treatment of human papillomavirus (cryodestruction, laser therapy, electrocoagulation, surgical removal).

Dear women, take care of yourself and your health! Find time to be tested prophylactically, and if you are concerned about something, do not postpone the visit to the doctor.
